Did a 12lb turkey in 2.5 hours. Farkin sweet and tender, then through on 7lb of rib tips, doin 13lbs of chuck tomorrow on leftover rancher. Made another batch of Pineapple Hab jelly while cooking, and gonna do Stawberry Jalepeno tomorrow during the chucks.
