Hi, I love using the foil method for ribs as it cuts my cook time down and renders the fat out more completely. I cook 2 slabs of ribs at a time in the 22 kettle, Spare and back ribs.
I am a little tired of messing around with foil and then discarding the greesy mess afterwards.
Looking for a reusable box or something that would fit 2 slabs and fit inside the 2 kettle.
Any suggestions? Thank you

You could always run naked and let the ribs tell you when they're done. I personally like foil, but many have success with this method and I believe you can get great ribs from both methods.

why not keep using foil?
what type of "box" you thinking of?

smoke your ribs,
foil when you want,
remove from foil,
pour the drippings back on the ribs,
continue to cook another hour...
no problem. :)

What comes to mind, a shallow roasting pan, with a heavy duty cookie sheet to cover. Not quite the same, but, it would be close

There's always going to be a mess. With foil you can just throw it away, but with something reusable your going to have to clean it. Just have to figure out which one you'd rather do. For me, I'd rather just pitch the foil.
