I loved this BarBChef I had some years back:

Brinkman modeled their cheaper version after it. It was SUPER heavy duty, well built, and gave me many wonderful years of service.

I bought a used Brinkmann (shown below) for $25 off craigslist.

I can also elevate by fier basket on my stainless UDS for grilling

Yeah, that is the single zone version of what I just finally parted with. What I had left was almost more rust than metal but I got a LOT of great use out of it before it bit the dust! I try to grill at least once or twice a week, all year long. As we say in the South... "that there thing just done did wore slap out!"
