Looking for a brisket - Spooner WI

Howdy yall,

I am working in Trego Wi and staying in Spooner Wi.
I am working on an off road racing truck getting it ready for a race in Crandon Wi. on laborday, the guys in the shop want some real Texas BBQ.
so they are going to burn a drum and get it all set up to cook in.
i can not find brisket in the store in town here, unless the few times i have been in there they were sold out, the kid in the meat section has no idea what a brisket is!
can any one help me find a brisket?

If there are any Wally Worlds there, try them, all the ones here cary Packers at $1.88 a lb. or so..

Not sure where Spooner is, though. Heard of it, but can't place it..

It looks like the closest Wally would be in Hayward, followed by Rice Lake. The packers that Wally sells are select. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like you are close to any Sam's clubs. Sam's sells Choice Briskys for the same price as Walmarts select Briskys...

Rice Lake has two pretty good meat markets(butcher shops). They might be able to help you.
