Greetings Farkers! Hope your memorial day weekend is safe and tasty.

Haven't smoked for a while so since I'm at the Southern encampment I thought I'd fire up the COS and make some ribs and fixins. I'll post as I progress, mainly just wanted to drop in and see what's smokin.

Looks like you are having a great weekend! Ribs looks tasty so far too. :-D

Sorry for the delay, I allowed myself to over-serve myself and the rest as they say is shameful history. But the ribs turned out great. I made a fresh Spinach salad topped with sliced Strawberries and Honey Bacon Dijon dressing with some Woodhouse beans on the side. All in all a great start to summer.

:) Thanks all. I love it down here. I bought a BGE for down here but it's not going to make it out of my primary residence and its just too heavy to cart back and forth in my car. So until I get a second one I'll have to keep burning sticks and chasing my set-up but thats half the fun right?
