Lobster.... Steak the black iron way....salad

Well we were going out and decided why pay someone big money... When we can do it ourself and get better results....

The lobster .. We did it in the oven




We brushed with melted butter and squeezed lemon juice.. The added a little garlic powder.. Black pepper... And paprika.. Then broiled for prolly 15 minutes.. They were nice size lobster...

Looking good but not ready




I added a little bacon grease to the hot skillet for the ribeyes





Started a garden salad with lettuce.. Boiled egg.. Tomatoe.... Cheese and sunflower seeds....




The lobster is done






Plated up... Topped my steak with grilled onions .... Added ranch dressing to my salad






Th money shot... Best lobster i have ever had






Man this was over the top .... Loved it... And did right at the comforts of home
