SirPorkaLot
somebody shut me the fark up.
I was reading a post in the competition section about a news clip from MIM, in regards to Too Sauced To Pork, and their ability to bring a team together to compete from the Brethren of whom most had not met each other before.
This got me to thinking (always a dangerous thing) :tsk:
Could we pull together an online mini-bash?
Using U-stream (or similar), webcams, etc..
Say we use some cookers that most brethren have access to (Kettle & UDS?). start by putting a poll up of what meat(s) to buy/cook.
Then another thread/poll to decide on a method/recipe.
From there we could each fire up our respective cookers, keep an online running chat (through here and/or twitter), and compare different techniques, strategies, etc.
Then of course at the end of the cook, we all take and compare pron, and then consume the end product.
Has this been done? Can this be done? Do we want to do this?
What say ye?
