• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Tasty stuff!

Not downplaying the wonderful color and doneness of the slices, but that is one of the best sears on the fat I've ever seen. Picanha is scarcer than hen's teeth around here and I'm smack dab in the middle of beef country.

That looks phenomenal. I did a Picanha roast awhile back with a thick coat of TX brisket rub and it was epic.

That's looks awesome. Did you go pretty high heat the whole time, or high to low or low to high?

That looks amazing! I’m planning to cook some the same way, I hope they turn out even close to those.

Have only had Picanha at a couple of SoCal bashes and Brazilian steakhouses and it's on my to do list.

You did an incredible job there John!

Nicely done! That fire/fat/salt deal is magic. Picanha might be my favorite cut of beef, esp. on a crusty baguette with chimichurri.
