Well, it was Championship weekend, so I thought I'd smoke a Boston Butt and have pulled pork sandwiches during the games. For a change, I made up some homemade Cajun butter injection, and my own dry rub. I'll let the pron do most of the talking, let's just say that it came out real moist and the taste was fantastic!! Perfect football food.
