• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I'm looking for ways to serve left over Q. Specifically brisket - both point and flat - and pulled pork.

I am tired of sandwiches. I know about burnt ends and nachos... other ideas?

Thanks

B

Here's a few

Brisket Chili
Pulled Pork breakfast burritos
Mystery meat tacos
mushroom caps stuffed with chopped brisket or pork ( add garlic & breadcrumb & bake)

fajitas from the flat sliced real thin.

Loaded baked potatoes...great

This is pretty much what I would say......chili is damn good!

Use em up

For brisket, chop up and add chopped tomato, chopped onion, a little chopped cilantro and chopped jalapeno - Mix with scrambled eggs as they cook for a nice Machaca con Huevos.

We like leftover pork best in quesadillas, on top of nachos, stuffing for potato skins, or as part of a filling for frittatas. Also mix it with BBQ sauce, pickle relish, and a little onion for sandwiches.

I never have leftover brisket, but like making Green Chile Enchiladas with leftover pulled pork. I've got to learn to make my own Tamales too!

Blutch - use for omelets, tacos, burritos, substitute for ground in hamburger helper ( hey, it works better than you think ) or better yet, send it to me & I'll take care of it for ya:-P .
