Earlier this week I cold smoked then sous vide a couple of chuckies. Added some "beef'd" veggies for a side. Had plenty of leftovers so I made up some pie crusts, made some thick gravy out of some beef stock and slurry. Added the veggies and chuck to it and poured everything into the crust. Man, it was tasty! Will do this again. Next time the pie will go in the Kettle set up for pizzas.
