Leftover 3MeatChili Frito Pie. I must reasesrch why this dish deserves a Pie designation. With smoked gouda shavings. Funny how green chile gets hotter overnight in the fridge. That's a good thing IMHO. A very good thing.

And all stirred up. Another interesting thing to my liking, the beer taste is a tad more pronounced on day two. That's cool too. I like beer.

Thanks Brethren. It is a nice comfort food. I remember back when the frito bag itself was thicker and held more product. FP was popular game night food. Cut the bag and add chili.

I think Chili is always better on day two. Cooked some last Friday night and ate it again on Saturday. Yours look pretty tasty!
