• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I had all these 1 lb foodsavered bags of bbq beef from the 20 lb beef shoulder clod from a few weeks back and converted this Pork Pot Pie recipe to beef. I didn’t do it this time but if I ever do the recipe again I would increase the Corn Pudding Crust recipe to make sure I got a thicker crust on it. It was dang good or it musta been since it made a big pan full and we have cleaned it up now. It had paplano peppers and I subbed hatches and it had just a little heat to it and I wish I had put a couple japs in too. Pretty good eats and it goes a long ways. But I guess the best discovery doing this was seeing how good that beef shoulder clod is after it’s reheated – it’s so tender it melts in your mouth. Oh, I did a hunk of poor mans round steak, some pig candy to go turkey sammies, and tried to do some foccasia bread (but it turned out more like a big ole burnt biscuit cause it cooked too long). This big ole cooker sure keeps us in plenty of good stuff to eat.

Looks great man! I love turning leftovers into something completely different than what they started out as.

I think you should post more pics of your cooker...
