Last nights tri tip.

This came out excellent. Thought I'd have enough left over for lunch, but that didn't happen.

Time was a bit of an issue so I did it on my Webber Genesis (I hate doing that for meats like this, but it had to be done last night). I did not reverse sear. I seared it on each side about 3-4 mins and then turned down the temp, put it on the cool side for about 10-14 mins or so. Checked the temp and pulled it off at 132 degrees.
