Come and watch professional BBQ teams compete as they cook up whole pigs in this mouth watering event where their pulled pork will be available to eat. Then, wash it all down with beverages from Walkerville Brewery and Sanson Winery. There will also be a restaurant cook off as local eateries compete for the title of best “smoked dish”. It doesn’t get any better! This is a sanctioned event of the Canadian Southern BBQ Association which will be held in conjunction with the Strawberry Festival in Gil Maure Park on Front Road in LaSalle Ontario, Canada.
$5000 in cash and prizes
