• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I was perusing the frozen meat case and came across this cut. Looked like a rib section. Decent cut? Crap? Comments? Thanks, and Merry Christmas.

Google says it's from the belly. Tough and fatty. Lots of Aussie and NZ links.
 
Grill it direct and watch the flames

It's tough but tasty. I'd do as Aussie said so you don't dry it out as well. Then it will just be leather.
