• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well, we're breaking in our new Spicewine on saturday. I thought that I would give people at my work a chance for some BBQ. I got orders out the wazoo!! 5 briskets, 9 slabs of ribs, 4 pork butts. Not including what I want to cook for myself.... But what a way to break her in. Got to love it!!!
 
Gonna try some of those chicken breasts with the stuffed jalapenos. Looked good and been wanting to try.
 
unfortunately i am cooking for family after a funeral (wife's g-mother)
figured i would take the load off of her mom. prolly 4 butts some baked beans and corn on the cob. :(
 
Sorry for your lose smooookin, Hope everthing goes well for your smokin. I get 4 boxes of ribs going to cook about 4 slabs this weekend. Got ahold of some apple chip. Going to try them out and see how the ribs taste with the apple.
 
I will be cooking about 600 dove ABT's for our hunting group on Saturday and Sunday, since opening dove season starts this weekend.
 
I have not had a steak in awhile. Gonna get some rib-eyes and see how well that WholeHog grills!
 
Packer brisket, 2 Butts, 3 racks of spares, some Brats and a fatty!

Just something to snack on for the next few days.:biggrin:
 
Man i miss Dove hunting. I miss eatin them tasty little bastiges. Gonna do some Spares and CHicken and sausage on the WSM while we work on the big pit.
 
Brisket, pork butt, fatties, loinbacks, chicken, tri-tip, and some kind of fish. I plan to cook each day so I will spread it out a bit. It looks like Sams club is gonna take another big bite outta my wallet again :lol:

Saturday, USC game. Fatties, small butts, small chucks and or brisket flats from Staters on the brand new WSM and Mr Meat smoker.
Sheesh, I'm nervouse...
 
I'll be cooking for my Mother's 70th Birthday party.

45 lbs of smoked prime rib
30 lbs of grilled chicken cutlets stuffed w/ fresh mozarella and roasted peppers and wrapped by bacon
50 grilled tomatoes w/ olive oil/oreganoqwhole milk mozarella
40 ears of corn
40 lbs potatoes - some baked and some sliced and grilled w/ olive oil/garlic/parsely/balsamic vinegar
a few hundred assorted hors d'oerves
 
I'm doing chicken. I surely need the practice. Also doing bb ribs.
 
I owe a bunch of thank you's to people that have done me favors lately so I'll be cooking up a few butts and some ribs for them this weekend. My wife's cousin lent me his trailer so I could get to New Holland, a guy I work with gave me a really nice bike for my son and my MIL babysits for us 3 times a week. It's payback time, time to do something nice for them. Oh, and one guy I work with wants to buy a 1/2 pan of pork too, so that should cover the costs!

Well, since Meijer here has ribs on sale for $0.99 a pound...........i'll have pic's for ya!!:wink:
 
I will be doing at least two briskets and some sausage this weekend as my Texas bride is homesick once again!
