Smokin 5 briskets, 4 pork butts and 2 racks of ribs on the Lang 84 for Labor day weekend! Rolling a mix of black walnut, cherry and apple wood. Butts and briskets are 9hrs in and the ribs are at 3hr. 3 of the 5 briskets I sliced the flat and made burnt ends out of the point. I then vacuum sealed them and put in the freezer for a dinner for about 65 on Thursday.
Hope you all have a great Labor day this week, and thanks for looking!

Yes, please!

Looks like a successful day on the Lang. Hope your dinner goes well on Thursday!

Fantastic cook. Between you, the cook and the Lang, the cooker, you can't go wrong.

Can you pass a few of those sliced briskets this way.

Great cook there.

Looks great. I never tried freezing sliced brisket. May have to try it sometime so it's always available.
