somebody shut me the fark up.
Revived my wok thanks to the TD going down now. Hadn't used it quite some time.
Worked with whatever I had in the fridge and freezer. Found some peppers, chicken thighs in the freezer and I had most everything else to make Kung Pao chicken.
Prepped everything beforehand since it only takes minutes to cook up the dish
Browned up the marinated chicken first and set it aside
Then went in ginger, garlic, dry peppers for less than a minute followed by the veggies and the peanuts
Chicken went back in. Combined the wet ingredients and poured it in last to cook everything for few mins
And plated
