Purchased 2 nice slabs of some meaty beef ribs. Used KOSMOS cow cover beef rub...this stuff ROCKS! Cooked them on the kettle indirectly...the rest is history.

NICE!! I wish I could find beef ribs with that much meat around here. All I have found around here is beef bones that they have cut a v between the bones so there is no meat. I call them dog bones.
