Kids Thanksgiving Dish

Thumbing through recipe mag the other day and thought the idea about baking your mac n cheese in one of them mini muffin pans was a great idea for those that have youngins coming for the big Turkey day. All our youngins insist on mac n cheese and I'm bettin they will go wild over a pile of them little muffin size mc's. The only problem I see with it is that you probably will never be able to fix enough of em and might have to do a bowl of it anyhow.

Why not do both? That way the adults can have some too...:mrgreen:
