When your Hatch Chile order arrives just before obligations for a Friday night season opener, you keep it simple. Threw a pepper on the school cooker then steamed it in a sandwhich bag. Skin off and a great Chile Chop Sami!

Well the sandwich was the highlight of the game tonight. I will soon forget about the bad 4th quarter when I roast more Hatch chiles this weekend.
