• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well, the wind finally eased up enough to light some charcoal up. I relocated the kettle to the backyard. Wife wanted a rotisserie chicken and I wanted fatties and armadillo eggs. Well that meant lighting up a 3rd kettle. So I lit up the red head for the rotisserie and the table for the fatties. I did 3 types of fatties, a JD sage, a bacon wrapped javelina, and a green chile breakfast sausage
from a local meat market. Enjoy the pron and thanks for looking.

The table is on a whole ‘nuther level. The redhead is lookin’ fine. The rotisserie’s makin’ our heads spin. Excellent christening!

That looks great, Carl! You feeding a small army over there?

Love how you get the whole family (of cookers) involved.

That's all?
Just kidding, Brother. That is a pork fest if ever I've seen one. Very nicely done! That is one buffet I'm sorry that I missed.

That table is amazing, did you build it? Great workspace. I've been toying with the possibility of a rotisserie for my kettle one of these days. That chicken is inspiring. Great cook!

Impressive lineup
