I have not, but would also review a bag if they sent me one (hint hint) :becky:
I know whiskeybentbbq (brethren) uses it in comps and does very well with it.
I believe it is new product, and am not sure where to even locate it at retail.
Anyone?

On there main page, we need to get the brethren as a hot link. The smoke ring is on there so should the brethren. two great BBQ sites imo

It is the real deal!
I got some off of Whiskey Bent BBQ at a comp and really liked it. Contacted Rub from Swamp Boys and he was mentioning that he had been working with it and liked it as well.
It does burn longer and produce a lot less ash...no real detracting flavors...I think???
I may have a couple extra bags and will be in Rochester, NY and Marietta, OH and might have a couple extra bags for some to demo, if interested.

This lump is from central america not south america. For safety I use a chimney to start the lump in place of the weed burner. No fire works had a good smell right from the start. Got some ribs to do today hope to have on by noon. Got to go start the fire.
