somebody shut me the fark up.
Fired up the Imperial Kamado with 24 Rancher briqs and thew on a dozen chicken thighs marinated in Italian dressing overnight, 45 mins on the grill turned every 15 min, finished up with with some Sweet Baby Ray's. Turned out perfect!
Also marinated a dozen legs and used my small basket and @ 5lbs of Ranchers, (too much for this cook) in the UDS with some Apple chunks.
Cleaned out the refer and used some Jerk Marinade, Lemon Pepper, and Italian dressing. A sample of each! Nothing to rave about, just playing around, the kids loved them and I was able to scrounge up a leg and thigh for lunch tonight!
It took a bit for the Rancher to get up to temp, but once there it rocked steady, can't wait to try a long cook with it!
