Just some boring ribs...

Took a couple of racks of the ET's and seasoned them with Chatham Artillery Onion and Garlic and Apple cinnamon on back, and Chatham Artillery Southwest on the top.

Sauced with some doctored SBR...a little honey, some brown sugar...you get the idea.
Turned out mighty tasty.
