• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well I just sold my big smoker to a guy that is going to open up a second bbq restaurant. But I think I mad a bad decision I should have kept it.

I think I have sellers remourse if there is such a thing as that.

I was going to build one this winter to put on the new trailer and then sell it. Now it looks like I will have to start on one soon.

I have built about ten smokers always doing something different to make it better.

If you could build anything into a smoker what options would you do?

I feel your pain brutha, I just sold my offset and am without a smoker currently. I let it go for a good price but still called the guy back afterword to see if by chance he decided he didn't want it.

Scott your suffering from what is commonly called "SSA".

"Smoker Seperation Anxiety"

The only cure is to build another.

HaHA.

I would run the exhaust through an ammonia absorption refrigeration system to insure really cold beer for the twin keg system. Then I would claim "energy efficiency" tax credits on my income tax.

Two stools for hot and cold running maids. A man can dream can't he?
