Just Pulled Tonights Dinner from Smoker

For a dinner gathering tonight. I have these three pork butts resting in the cooler for 3 to 4 hours before pulling and serving.....

9.5 and an 8.6 pound butt with Butch's Smack Your Lips BBQ Rub.

One 7.5 pound Pork Butt with Ted and Barney's Meat Seasoning
