Just loafing around

[SirPorkaLot]

2 parts beef, one part pork

Add onions, garlic, celery, Q-Salt, mozzarella chees sticks and cheddar cheese, dab of Mayo and mix, then form into loaf.

Wrap said loaf in a bacon weave

Smoked in the Shirley with red oak and cherry wood.

Resting

Sliced

Served it with brown gravy and egg noodles.

Delicious!
