• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I found a little building on a nice lot just south of downtown Clearwater a couple months ago. Been vacant a while but it good shape. Used to be a hamburger joint. Still had some equipment (coolers, etc). The road work was completed about 6 weeks ago and looks like this area will be without any more tear ups for a few years.

The place is on a corner -- access from both the main and side streets. Medical complex behind it -- hospital complex about 4 blocks north. NOT A 'QUE joint in sight!!

Called the realtor -- it was already leased. Bummed, but didn't really have the $$ to make a deal anyway.

Drove by Thursday and a farking big butt smoker is sitting out front the sign now read "best barbeque in town" -- did I call it or what?? Crap!!

I just hate it when I'm a day late and a dollar short.

I don't mind a day late but this farking dollar short $hit is getting real farking old! :x

David,
You may want to try this first to solve your cash flow problem. Before you go to the trouble and investment of your own shop, do what some guys do up here. Buy or rent a Q rig, set up in a parking lot on weekends and see how it goes. This will probably lead you to some catering jobs as well.

Already have that in the works!! :D

The issue is the "commissary" or catering kitchen required for "mobile" food service. I'm working on a "deal" with the church I do catering for - they've got the certified kitchen. I also need to get my DBA (doing business as) name registered and pay my fees.
