just a ribeye

after eating out all week on vacation i needed a good home grilled ribeye w/ baked tater & salad.
done over oak minimalist style.

Awesome, and I know what you mean about eating out. Too many places smother their steaks in seasonings, salt and marinades. Can't taste the meat sometimes, which makes me wonder what they are trying to hide? I love ribeye -- my favorite steak. Looks like you did yourself a great WELCOME HOME favor, right there!
