• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I got a camp chef 3 burner stove and griddle as an early father's day present from my wife as Cabela's had them on sale a bit.

I'm excited to get this thing seasoned and make some smash burgers or fajitas. What accessories are must haves and what are nice things to have?

Nice gift!

If you plan to keep it outside, I'd recommend a cover. How about a partial griddle, so you can have a burner free when needed?

couple of spatulas and a bunch of meat, and eggs, and scrapple, and bacon...

and more bacon!

All good advice. But I would double up on the bacon!

A selection of spatulas. I like the full size ones available from your local restaurant supply.

A griddle tamer or other griddle scraper for most of your cleaning needs

A griddle block (pumice stone) for a full clean.

Bacon.

More bacon.

Cured and smoked pork belly, aka bacon.

Stuff like eggs, onions, hash browns, and scrapple that you can fry in bacon fat.

Griddle weights to keep your bacon flat.

Very nice, post lots of pics when you fire her up and start cooking.:icon_bigsmil
