Thanks for all the help(from reading the forum), I joined about a month ago. I have been comp cooking since last year. Doing about 7 to 12 comps a year. I am a butcher by trade I own a small meat processing plant where we love makeing sausages and hams. Been doing this for 25 years.
I have built an enclosed 23 foot trailer with ac and heat. I cook with pellets (mini logs). We enjoy the fun at a comp and the stiff compitition here in Oklahoma.
