Can’t think of the mexi name for shredded jerky with eggs but it’s good. Just to be sure we got enough heat I fried some jap strips. The bread is loaf a bread cooked at 190 for an hour and that’s crunchy to the point you don’t really think about loaf a bread. Thick sliced bacon fried real slow makes em crispy without burning and you always want a piece of nice bacon with breakfast no matter what else you having.
