Jerky & Egg Breakfast

Can’t think of the mexi name for shredded jerky with eggs but it’s good. Just to be sure we got enough heat I fried some jap strips. The bread is loaf a bread cooked at 190 for an hour and that’s crunchy to the point you don’t really think about loaf a bread. Thick sliced bacon fried real slow makes em crispy without burning and you always want a piece of nice bacon with breakfast no matter what else you having.

You are probably thinking Machaca con Juevos.

Depending on how you prepped it, you could call it Carne Seca.

Either way, looks good.
