• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Looks like a taste of the islands. Try taking out the pan and let the chicken fat drip on the hot coals.

Thanks for the advice. I took out the pan when the chicken was almost done to crisp it up a bit. the smell of the juices hitting the coals was fantastic
 

That sounds good.

Mine was very good, but I'll use an extra habanero next time. I used boneless, skinless breasts and made a fresh slaw.

I know we have the stuff to make some jerk chicken soon. This all makes my mouth water and my eyes tear up a bit. Oh, that's me thinking about the fact that I will use Trinidad scorpions instead of habaneros!

I made jerk chicken last night too! (looks like I'm far from alone)
Well, actually jerk tendies. (and a nekkid fatty)
For the jerk marinade, I used Walkerswood dry jerk seasoning along with some peanut oil.
