• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Not sure who "JD et al" is but this JD is cookin' baby backs for a local PNWBA comp and Breast Cancer Charity. Got a new assortment of Dizzy Pig Rubs I need to play with as well...maybe a salmon...mon!

I think I'm going to thaw and cook a butt and maybe throw some chicky underneath. Been wanting to try my hand at spatchcocking. Hmm...that sounds...bad.
 
Got a poker tournament at my house this weekend, so it's chilli time. Might throw some of the smoked meatloaf in along with some left over fatties instead of using hamburger.

3 Butts(99#) 10 # legs & thighs 6 # Chicken Breast, Some hot smoked sausage, hot dogs, 5 # Ground beef chub, whole with rub. And that is all I think.
 
I have six butts on the old BSKD as we speak! I always forget how much I like that little beast...
