Thanks for the inspiration today Noah!
I basically followed your recipe to the best of my cabnitary ability.
I was short a few seasonings but made due using sausage, chicken and shrimp.
I usually don't bake in the summer, but felt as though some garlic bombs were needed to round out the affair.
Starting with a basic french dough recipe, 1 rising and rolled.
Prepped some fresh garlic and Jalapeno's.
Dough sprinkled with granulated garlic.
Then sprinkled with garlic and Jalapeño.
Sprinkled with cheddar.
Then rolled.
Till nice and tight. All seams sealed or tucked.
Sliced, and then proofed again.
Out of the oven, and dabbed with butter.
Almost forgot the Jambalaya!!!!!!!!
I need a nap now!!!!
