• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Thanks for the inspiration today Noah!
I basically followed your recipe to the best of my cabnitary ability.
I was short a few seasonings but made due using sausage, chicken and shrimp.

I usually don't bake in the summer, but felt as though some garlic bombs were needed to round out the affair.

Almost forgot the Jambalaya!!!!!!!!

I need a nap now!!!!

Nap? You just got back from vacation! BTW, you need to put that on the menu. ;)

Joe, that looks great! You just need to post a couple of pics of the two dishes together! Next time try the jambalaya with leftover pork or brisket...

Joe - never heard of garlic bombs - that's another one for my recipe box - Thanks!
