I was playing w/ a new 48 blade Jaccard Tenderizer on these chuck steaks. They were marinated in and seasoned with Daddy Hinkles then grilled to 120F internal on the gasser. Pretty good stuff.





The longer I'm on this site the more you farkers drive me crazy with all this GREAT looking food.
Good lookin' eats right there! And cooked to a nice temp, too :-D.
That's the idea, smythers :biggrin:. One farker posts sumthin, then another one posts sumthin, which gives some one else another idea, etc. Kind of a vicious circle, ain't it? :twisted:
