• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Jaccard Tenderized Chuck Steaks

I was playing w/ a new 48 blade Jaccard Tenderizer on these chuck steaks. They were marinated in and seasoned with Daddy Hinkles then grilled to 120F internal on the gasser. Pretty good stuff.

As beautiful as those look they are a bit rare for me.

Outstanding looking meal fit for a king.
Thats what we did in the firehouse with chuck roast except we used a fork.
Gassers are fine when that the equipment your allowed to cook on.
