Hi everyone. I found this site while searching for information on UDS's. I am a homebrewer and very active in the homebrew and craft brew world and BBQ is just something that has always interested me but never quite pulled in my attention till now. I have quite a homebrew setup that is growing constantly and when I build my new brewery in the backyard I want to include my fryer and a smoker. They should all get along quite well. :biggrin:

So here I am, I hope to learn as much as I can. If anyone has any questions about homebrew or beer feel free to ask, but be forewarned I tend to talk alot about beer. :biggrin:
