Italian Beef

Hey guys when I was a kid in the Chicago area We used to get Italian Beef at a lil place I was thinking about that and wanted to make it
Anybody have a great Italin Beef recipe? I bought the Warden a CrockPot BBQ
Pit and I hope to use that.

Thom, do a search for Italian Beef, I think both I know Neil has posted a recipe and others have as well.

Neil had a great one I did awhile back. If he sees this he'll respond. There was another one I wanted to try and didn't.

Just did a search, it was RonL that posted the other one.

I've got em both saved as a word document, but I would rather wait a bit and let them reply.

I've tried the one Ron posted. Havine spent virtually no time in Chicago I can't tell you what authentic is. I can tell you that his recipe was outstanding and I will be doing it again!

Jim Minion gives a nice recipe in the first thread, check page 2 of the second thread listed for both RonL's and Neil's recipes.

Thom, my apologies for not having time to hunt these up yesterday. If I'm too late to help you this time, maybe I'll make some one else's search a little easier next time.
