is Blowin Smoke!
Since I bank one side and cook indirect, lol...
I saw a thread here about the bacon wrapped/stuffed onions, and I had to roll with them. I did a meatloaf type mixture for the stuffing, and I dusted it with Simply Marvelous' Genie's Hooch. Then in a nod to Tuscaloosa Q and Cowgirl, I saw some Conecuh brand Bacon, so that was the wrap. When it was crispy outside, and almost done inside, I glazed them with some Sticky Finger's Carolina Sweet Sauce, then sprinkled some cheese on them, then let the cheese set. WILL be doing this again.
I also roasted some Broccoli and some mushrooms that I drizzled some olive oil on, then used some local rub. First time doing broccoli on the grill, WILL be doing again..
Did my usual Mayo slathered corn with rub on it, some baked potatoes, and some grilled bread...
Somewhere under there is a 1-1/3 lb rib eye, sprinkled with Dizzy Pig's Raising the Steaks rub...
Sorry, no money shot, I take crappy pics...
