Well Bigmista has been asking me to join your forum so finally got here. Cook with the team Burnt By The Best, we live in Pasadena and have been cooking in competitions going on 5 years. We have had a few wins...enjoy the comradery of BBQ. I am usually a smart ass so don't take anything I say to seriously. Hope to share and learn, always looking to steal a new technique!

As you can see by my Avatar we cook on Traegers...2 o75's to be exact. I have cooked on a lot of different pits, even some I have made, and it is the best unit I have found up to this point. Has won us two GC's in the last 3 years. I cant BS here to much...Bigmista knows the one had only 6 teams...hey but he was one of those teams so I beat up on the best right!
