Hello fellow smokers. I'm excited to learn more and will be building my first UDS sometime soon. Before I build I want to get a recipe for a mop sauce and BBQ Sauce.

Thanks for all the greetings. Not sure I ever got that many from any other forums. I haven't started the UDS yet. The place I will be getting the drum from closes at 5:00 and by the time I make it home from work they are closed.
