Finally broke down and used my grilldome to actually grill meat instead of just bread and Pizza. WOW!!! What a grilling machine. I mean fantastic. Got temp up around 450 and did chicken thighs and stuffed burgers. Delicious!!! Fantastic!!!! I love it!!!!

I was really saving it just for pizza's, figured faster to fire up the gas grill...but 20 minutes and she is ready to go!

soon, soon. Headed back to the everglades this summer to try for a bigger tarpon form the yak. We'll see
