My gear thus far is...
New Branfels Bandera Smoker. Silicone Door Gasket, HD Aluminum Foil Baffle (Too broke right now to get sheet metal to do it right.). Char Broil Thermometer in the door, rack hangable thermometer (Outdoor Gourmet). Obtained for Christmas 2006 as a gift from my fiancee Debi. She had ulterior motives. (She loves me and my BBQ...).
New Branfels Silver Smoker. Dave's patch job burnt out by now. Wood work gone bad. Sheduled for plating bottom of firebox with new metal, and building fire grid spring 2008. Replacement wood pieces already finished in my garage. Will fully refinish smoker with stainless steel hardware, and fully epoxy coated woodwork.
Custom built "Kitchen Cart" made with 2x4s, scrap plywood, epoxy coating, old lawn mower wheels, and cup hooks. (okay this part is being built when I get time, it is about half done and fugly).
Papmered Chef BBQ utensil set.
Outdoor Gourmet Stainless Steel HD tongs. (I use these to tend the fire, it works GREAT!).
Outdoor Gourmet Chimney style charcoal starter. I build a bed of small wood chunk coals before putting the bigger stuff on. This charcoal starter does a GREAT job of getting coals going FAST...
