I'm a new DADDY today!! (Pic added)

Well after cooking on a stick burner and getting little sleep for several years now, I am a new daddy! I made a trade across the board on my good Bates pit(not the blown up one). Went to KC yesterday and met a fella who was coincidently wanting a Bates and had a 1 yr. old FEC 750. We swapped and it was a done deal. This pit is so clean you could eat off of it.:biggrin:
Plugged it in and fired that bad boy up, was up to temp in a matter of about 20 minutes or so. I know it's huge and maybe it's overkill but you know what, I finally got what I was set out to get. Mission accomplished! Now, am I a cheater? My wife says it looks like a portable crematory.
I am posting a quick pic of it for now but am going to be cooking today after church so I hope to put up some food pics later tonight.

It is a rotiss. 15 racks inside that are all removeable. I only have 5 racks in thogh. No sense in dirtying the racks unless I am using them.

You can bet I'll be one of the first ones there. Kinda like a kid on Christmas morning! New toy.....gotta play! Haven't cooked a contest since Shriners...I can taste it. I like judging and all but my real love is cooking and being with my friends. See you there!
