I woke up hungry and thinking about chili...

So I thought I'd try a take on huevos rancheros.

Hash browns for the tortilla, chili for the Pico and eggs for the, uh, eggs.

All on the flat top, the chili is thick enough to hold togeter.

I'm getting the hang of hash browns.
I'm embarrassed at how long it's taken me to figure them out.
The chili is starting to bubble.
