:idea:Large Chicken Breast, Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice, 3 Baby Backs, Sliced Maters and Apricots for desert! Sound good to you? It sure did to me. So, I marinated the chicky tit in Stubb's Chicken Marinade, rubbed with EVOO, seasoned with Grill-Mates Chicken and Todd's Dirt. The Ribs were leftover from day b-4 yesterday. The maters were only $1.00 a pound:thumb:, so I had to have those. The desert is the most impressive thing if you ask me. Simple! Apricot (or Peach or...) coated in honey and packed with Brown Sugar. Heat till brown sugar melts, I do this on grill too. Juicy, sweet and really good! All in all, a fine meal if I do say so. This much is for sure; I ain't hungry no more!
