I was hungry...

:idea:Large Chicken Breast, Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice, 3 Baby Backs, Sliced Maters and Apricots for desert! Sound good to you? It sure did to me. So, I marinated the chicky tit in Stubb's Chicken Marinade, rubbed with EVOO, seasoned with Grill-Mates Chicken and Todd's Dirt. The Ribs were leftover from day b-4 yesterday. The maters were only $1.00 a pound:thumb:, so I had to have those. The desert is the most impressive thing if you ask me. Simple! Apricot (or Peach or...) coated in honey and packed with Brown Sugar. Heat till brown sugar melts, I do this on grill too. Juicy, sweet and really good! All in all, a fine meal if I do say so. This much is for sure; I ain't hungry no more!

I used the OTS, indirect with Apple for everything. Thx for looking in!

I'm going to have to try that peach/apricot idea. Sure looks like it'd go good with some vanilla ice cream. Love the plates and coffee cup too I was looking at those same ones but the tan color. Great looking food!

Thanks for the kudos Bob. The fruit I used was actually an apricot, but you can use Peaches too. I tried tangeriens opnce, but they were not near as juicy nor sweet as the other two.
