My son and friend tuned in the smoker to 230* to 250* and worked it to keep it there for over 9 hours. The boy's are learning. :clap:

They were very tender, pulled well. I just finished gumming some with out the bread..

They really got in too what they were doing. I was amazed once i explained the airflow, stacks, temps. and what was needed to maintain a constant temp. and how important it was to do just that. They might have felt challenged and they both held the course all day.

Now they want to cook ribs. :-D
