I need a good simple smoked Mac and Cheese recipe

Got about 25-30 people for the 4th and want to do something little different.

Got ribs and pork shoulder beans etc already on the menu

I like this one. The key is to keep most of the starch in the pasta to help with the creaminess. Once it is almost done I throw it in the smoker for ten minutes to get some of the flavor.
